What types of artwork do you sell?

I sell original paintings and high-quality prints of my artwork. Each piece is created with a focus on bold and emotional expression, blending abstract and realistic elements.

Are all the artworks in the store your original creations?

Yes, every artwork is created by me.

Do you offer custom or commissioned artwork?

No, I do not offer custom or commissioned artworks.

 

What is the difference between original artworks and prints?

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created on canvas or other materials. Prints are high-quality reproductions of my original work.

 

What materials are used for the prints?

My prints are created using high-quality archival paper and ink to ensure longevity and vibrant colors.

 

Are the prints signed?

All prints are stamped and numbered, making them part of a limited edition.

 

 

Will I get an authenticity certificate with the Prints?

Prints won’t be accompanied by authenticity certificates. Original paintings are the only items that arrive with a certificate of authenticity and Tomiwa.A's actual signature.

 

Can I take classes from Tomiwa.A?

No, Tomiwa.A does not offer painting classes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship both locally and internationally and I offer free shipping in the US and Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Original artworks typically ship within 7-10 business days, while prints ship within 5-7 business days, but NOTE that this is in addition to the shipping time by the logistics company.

 How do I track my order?

Tracking information is sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

How is the artwork packaged?

Original artworks and prints are carefully wrapped and shipped in sturdy packaging to prevent damage.

 

Is there a return/refund policy?

First of all, we are committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our collectors. If there is an issue with your order, please visit our contact page or reach out via email info@tomiwaa.com so we can find a solution together.

Upon receiving your original painting, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.

Please note that if you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You may return any original artwork provided that it is shipped back  in the exact same condition and packaging. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to us.

Once we receive the item and make sure that it’s undamaged, we’ll promptly issue your refund.

My artwork arrived damaged?. Can you help?

Our shipments are carefully packaged and inspected to make  sure each painting is safely packed and ready to travel the globe.

Upon receiving an order, we ask that you always inspect the package, before opening it. If you see any damage that you suspect may have compromised the artwork, make sure you photograph it prior to opening the package. If your artwork has arrived damaged, please provide adequate details and images.

We will work with the proper authorities, presenting the evidences you gathered, to attain accountability and consequent reimbursements. Please bear with us and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit; it’s just as upsetting for us to see potential damaged pieces as it is for you to receive them.

 

 

Do you offer framing for the artwork?

Framing is not included.
